Unfinished games

If your game round is interrupted, placed bets and all game information will be saved until you reopen the game. You can resume your incomplete round from the point of interruption. Unresolved and still undecided bets on incomplete games will be voided after 2 days. Malfunctions will void all payouts and games.

Information

Ways to win are awarded for landing adjacent symbol combinations, as per the paytable information and game rules. Winning multiple prizes in a single game round will pool all wins. All wins from features (such as Free Spins), Bonus Rounds and/or specials (if applicable) are also added to the ways to win. All winning combinations are paid at the end of a game round. Free Spins features are played at the same bet as the game round that triggered the feature, unless otherwise stated. The bet cannot be changed during an ongoing game round. See game rules for more information. All wins are paid from left to right, starting with the leftmost reel. Only the highest win is paid for each winning symbol combination.

Rules of the game

CRYSTAL HALL is a 5-reel video slot with 1024 ways to win by default, with up to 3125 ways to win during CRYSTAL FREE SPINS.

The WILD symbol substitutes for all symbols except SCATTERS (Bonus Disco Scatter and CRYSTAL DISCO SCATTER) and POKER CHIP. WILD symbols appear on reels 2, 3 and 4 only.

The POKER CHIP symbol appears only on reel 3 and can land on any spin. When the POKER CHIP symbol lands, it triggers the SPOTLIGHT GLOW. During the SPOTLIGHT GLOW, 3 to 20 NEON FRAMES appear randomly on the reels. The symbols inside the NEON FRAMES transform into a classic type of symbol.

3 BONUS DISCO SCATTERS on reels 2, 3 and 4 trigger the DISCO SHUFFLE FEATURE. The DISCO SHUFFLE FEATURE consists of the BONUS FORTUNE ROLL and CRYSTAL FREE SPINS, both of which will be activated during the DISCO SHUFFLE FEATURE.

BONUS FORTUNE ROLL offers an instant bonus prize of 5X, 10X, 30X, 40X, 50X, 100X and 200X of the total bet.

CRYSTAL FREE SPINS awards an initial 8 FREE SPINS and increases the grid size by expanding the reel vertically by 1. During CRYSTAL FREE SPINS, no 777 symbols appear on the reels as they have all transformed into double-paying DIAMOND 777 symbols. The POKER CHIP symbol can land during CRYSTAL FREE SPINS, triggering the SPOTLIGHT GLOW feature. During the SPOTLIGHT GLOW, 1 to 4 NEON FRAMES randomly appear on the reels and stay for the entire FREE SPINS session. At the end of the CRYSTAL FREE SPINS, all NEON FRAMES on the reels will transform into one type of Classic symbol.

Each CRYSTAL DISCO SCATTER that lands during CRYSTAL FREE SPINS grants +1 extra FREE SPIN, up to a maximum of 46 FREE SPINS.

The average player return percentage is: 94.20%. RTP is achieved through participation.

Bets are selected using the bet buttons. Press the 'plus' and 'minus' buttons to change the bet level. There are 1024 fixed ways to win. Ways to win are awarded for landing combinations of adjacent symbols from left to right. To start the round, press SPIN. When the reels stop, the symbols displayed will determine your prize according to the paytable.

Auto Play - Click the AUTO PLAY button to activate/deactivate the Auto Play feature. In Auto Play mode, several consecutive game rounds will be started automatically at your current bet settings. Auto Play mode is automatically deactivated based on your settings or in case your balance is too low.
Spin / Start / Spacebar - Starts the game round with the currently selected bet. Click 'spin' to begin.
Stop- Stops the cylinders more quickly.
Automatically adjust bet - If your balance is too low to start a spin at the current bet level, the total bet is automatically reduced when you start a new spin. The reduced total bet selected will be the highest possible bet and will be lower than the bet size selected when the autospins were started. The bet will only be reduced and will not return to its original amount after any win that would allow you to continue at the initial bet size.
