Espada de Camelot
INTRODUCTION
The specifications are given for the desktop game version. For additional information on button layout and features of the mobile version, see section 4.2 Mobile Interface
It is a single-player arcade machine in which, through the amount of the game, you have a time of use and enjoyment, and also occasionally, cash prizes.
The default cost per game is €0.20. Bets are configurable by the operator (who can disable bets if desired). Available bets are €0.20, €1, €5, €10, and €15.
The game consists of two parts: the lower game is the main game, and the upper game is the secondary game. To play both games, you need a balance, and additionally, for the upper game, you need Bonuses, which can be obtained in both the main and upper games, as we'll see later.
The image above shows the game screen layout, with the pushbuttons at the bottom of the screen, current time indicator, AUTO-PLAY and AUTO-RISK buttons, the main game reels with the payline marked in red in the center position, payout plan, nudge indicator, PRIZE value indicator, BONUSES, BALANCE and the MESSAGE/RISK PLAY marquee.
LOWER GAME
This is the machine's basic game, which is played on three reels with 16 symbols each, with a prize on the center line, nudges, and holds. It can be played whenever the player wishes and has sufficient funds by pressing PLAY
This machine allows you to select your bet using the BET button located at the bottom of the screen or by tapping the icons for each bet. The possible bets (depending on the operator's settings) are: €0.20, €1, €5, €10, and €15.
To begin the game, you must have sufficient funds to cover your selected bet and press the PLAY button. As mentioned previously, the main (lower) game takes place on the machine's lower reels, spinning them all and stopping on one of the many possible combinations. At the end of the game, the machine will indicate to the player whether they have won a prize.
When selecting a bet, the possible prizes will be highlighted on the screen, lighting up according to the player's choice.
Auto Play
The player has a mechanism to automatically start the game called AUTO-PLAY, the purpose of which is simply to start a new game as soon as the previous one has finished. Clicking on AUTO-PLAY will open a menu where you can select the number of games you want to play automatically (up to a maximum of 100).
With the indicator light in green (ACTIVATED) once the game is finished, a new game will begin with the current bet as long as the player has enough balance to cover it.
The AUTO-PLAY button can be combined with the AUTO-RISK button, which is explained in section 2.8.1.
The player always has the option to disable auto-play mode by pressing the AUTO-PLAY button or by pressing PLAY.

Wild Card
Both the left and right reels have a wild symbol that combines with any symbol that can win the player a prize. Thus, if two lemons appear as symbols on two of the three reels and a wild symbol appears on the third reel, the prize of lemons is won. Similarly, two wild symbols can win a prize when combined with any other symbol
The wild symbol substitutes for any other symbol on the reel as long as it forms a winning combination with the other two, except if a bonus symbol appears, in which case it will always combine with that bonus symbol. The wild symbol can be used in combination with another symbol to hold two reels and play a game with these two reels locked, spinning the third reel for a possible prize.
Types of Rolls
In the lower game, the following types of rolls are possible:
Direct Prize
When any combination of those described in the paytable lands on the center payline, the player wins a direct prize, either cash or bonuses. The machine indicates the prize amount to the player using the indicator (located at the top) designed for this purpose, as well as a flashing of all the lights accompanied by special prize music
Hold
If, as a result of the game, the player obtains two identical symbols on 2 of the 3 reels on the center line, the game program may randomly allow, without changing the bet, that the next game will have two of the three reels with the same symbol held, and that, therefore, only the third reel will spin (this next game does not involve any additional cost).
The game program can automatically hold both reels with matching symbols. If the player does not want this option, or prefers to hold only one reel or none at all, they can use the ADVANCE/HOLD buttons located below the reels to unlock or lock any reel (up to two), thus enabling or disabling its spin in the next game. Similarly, even with all three reels unlocked, the bet for the next game cannot be changed.
After a game played with two or one reel held, the Advances option may be activated, explained in the next point.
Nuzzes
If, as a result of the game, the player does not win any prize, but the machine detects that with a few more spins of any reel they could have won either a prize or the chance to hold two reels due to matching symbols, Nuzzes may be randomly activated. If a bonus prize is won and the machine detects that a cash prize could be won with a few more spins, the Nuzzes function may also be activated. The machine has a maximum of 4 Nuzzes, which are indicated both audibly and visually by lights on the screen. Each Nuzze corresponds to a positional spin of the selected reel, resulting in the next higher symbol on the payline
The player will use the ADVANCE/HOLD buttons to move the reel as they see fit. There is also the option to activate AUTO-ADVANCE using the “AUTO” button, which will automatically spin the reels, always resulting in the best possible outcome for the player. If the button is solid, AUTO-ADVANCE is activated; if it is flashing, AUTO-ADVANCE is not.
The Nuzzle feature doesn't always guarantee a win on the center line; it can also result in two matching reels being held for a second round with more possibilities. The game program, upon detecting that after Nuzzling (either manually or by activating Auto-Nuzz), the player has landed two matching symbols on two of the three reels, will automatically hold those reels in some cases.
Nothing
After their roll, the player does not obtain any winning combination or any other option for advances or holding. The game is over
Vertical Lines
Certain reel symbols are associated with a vertical lines symbol (see image below for the symbol). If this symbol appears on any reel, it will increase the vertical lines counter (up to a maximum of 9).
Vertical lines will be used in the top game. If vertical lines are used in the top game, the number of winning lines will increase from 5 to 8.
Each roll of the upper game will decrease the counter by one.
As you will see in the game above, there is a figure that can also increase this counter.
Prize Draw Mini-Game
The lower game of the machine features a special prize with the "Shield" symbol. If the player lands this combination on the center line, they will access the Prize Draw Mini-Game
Five elements will appear, each lighting up randomly, with only one illuminated at a time. The player can pause the game by pressing the PLAY button, stopping on only one element. If the button is not pressed, the game will remain paused until the player takes action. If the auto-play button is active, the game will automatically stop after a few seconds, displaying one illuminated element. The final prize will be the one corresponding to the illuminated element. All other prizes will be discarded.
The prize that can be obtained in the mini-game is as follows, depending on the bet :
0.20€ (0.40€-100€) / 1€ (2€-1000€) / 5€ (10€-5000€) / 10€ (20€-10000€) / 15€ (20€-15000€)

If one of these prizes is won, the machine will offer the player the option to gamble it in a Bonus-Raise game, represented by flashing lights on the lower payout scale. In this game, the player can choose to collect the prize (by pressing the COLLECT button) or gamble it (by pressing the PLAY/ACCUMULATE button on the panel). If the player presses COLLECT, the prize will be added to the balance counter. If the player presses PLAY/ACCUMULATE, the machine may award the next highest prize on the payout scale, or a Bonus amount, which will be displayed in the upper left corner of the screen under the text “Message/Gamble Game.”
If the player exceeds the prize threshold for the 3 Lemons symbols, the game becomes a seesaw game, offering the player the option of either the next higher or the next lower prize in the payout structure. If the player wins the next lower prize again, the game reverts to the seesaw bonus mode. If the direct prize is higher than the 3 Lemons, it will be paid out automatically.
If the player wins the prize highlighted in yellow, the machine will offer them the option to gamble it in a "Raise-Nothing" game, represented by flashing lights on the lower paytable. In this game, the player can choose to collect their winnings (by pressing the COLLECT button on the lower panel) or gamble them (by pressing the PLAY/ACCUMULATE button on the panel). If the player presses COLLECT, the winnings will be added to their balance. If the player presses PLAY/ACCUMULATE, the machine may award the next highest prize on the paytable, or a win of NOTHING, which will be displayed in the upper left corner of the screen under the text "Message/Gamble Game".
The game will end when the player obtains one of the following options:
- COLLECT : If the player decides to collect the prize, the game ends
- BONUSES : If the player receives BONUSES as a prize for the game, the prize will automatically be converted into an equivalent amount of BONUS and the game will end.
- MAXIMUM PRIZE : If the player wins the maximum prize after climbing the payout ladder to the maximum, the prize will be automatically awarded and the game will end.
- NOTHING : After their roll, the player does not obtain any winning combination or any other option for advancement or retention. The game is over.
The cash prizes won in the Prize Draw mini-game will also grant access to this game.
Auto-Risk
The player has the option to activate AUTO-RISK using the indicator light at the bottom of the screen. With the button activated (GREEN LIGHT), all prizes submitted to the Up-Bonus or Up-Down game will automatically be risked in the Up-Bonus game until it ends
Bonuses
Bonuses earned in the lower game can only be used in the upper game. The way to get Bonuses is:
- By winning on the center line, either by getting one, two or all three Bonus symbols on the line
- Risking prizes in the Sube- game
- Through a direct prize in the minigame Draw
SUPERIOR GAME
The upper game is played on the three reels located at the top. To access this game, press the CHANGE GAME button. An animation will then switch to a new screen where the upper game is played. In this game, you play on all three reels, each with 16 symbols, but with a prize for 5 paylines, and 8 paylines if the vertical line counter is greater than zero.
This game allows you to place various bets depending on the player's choice and the operator's settings, provided you have sufficient funds and bonuses to maintain the bet. The possible bets are:
- €20 + 1 Bonus , which implies a starting price of €0.20 plus 1 additional Bonus.
- €1 + 5 Vouchers , which implies a starting price of €1 plus 5 Vouchers
- €5 + 25 Vouchers , which implies a starting price of €5 plus 25 Vouchers
- €10 + 50 Vouchers , which implies a starting price of €10 plus 50 Vouchers
- €15 + 75 Vouchers , which implies a starting price of €15 plus 75 Vouchers
- €15 + 150 Vouchers , which implies a starting price of €15 plus 150 Vouchers

Auto Play
As in the previous game, the player has a mechanism to automatically start a game called AUTO-PLAY. Its purpose is simply to start a new game as soon as the previous one has finished. Clicking on AUTO-PLAY will open a menu where you can select the number of games you want to play automatically (up to a maximum of 100).
With the indicator light in green (ACTIVATED) once the game is finished, a new game will begin with the current bet as long as the player has sufficient balance and bonuses to cover it.
The AUTO-PLAY button can be combined with the AUTO-RISK button, which is explained in section 3.11.1.
The player always has the option to disable auto-play mode by pressing the AUTO-PLAY button or by pressing PLAY.
Types of Rolls
The possible combinations for the top game are:
Direct Prize
The player wins any winning combination on the paytable on any of the 5 fixed paylines or 8 paylines (if the machine has vertical paylines). The prize won, or the sum of prizes won on more than one payline, is added to the payout counter at the top of the screen. An animation and flashing lights indicate to the player which payline or paylines have been won and the amount of the prize.
Nothing
The player does not obtain any winning combination on any of the 8 lines that make up the upper game. The game is over.
Roulette Minigame
To access this minigame, you must first obtain three Crown symbols on any of the paylines in the top game. The game may randomly grant access to this game, which replaces the prize and gives the player the chance to win another prize of equal or greater value
The game displays a roulette wheel divided into eight sections. Pressing PLAY will light up one section and cause it to spin. Multiple sections may light up randomly at the same time. The final prize is the total of all the lit sections when they stop spinning. Once the lit sections stop, another section may light up randomly. If the button is not pressed, the game will remain in this state until the player takes action. If the auto-play button is active, the game will spin the roulette wheel automatically after a few seconds.
The prize that can be obtained in this minigame is as follows, depending on the bet:
- €0.20 + 1 bonus (>€4-€100)
- €1 + 5 bonus (>€10-€1000)
- €5 + 25 bonus (>€50-€5000)
- €10 + €50 bonus (>€50-€10,000)
- €15 + €75 bonus (>€150-€15,000)
- €15 + €150 bonus (>€150-€15,000)
Prize Sum Minigame
To access this minigame, you must first obtain three Cauldron symbols on any of the paylines in the top game. The game may randomly grant access to this game, which replaces the prize and gives the player the chance to win another prize of equal or greater value
The game displays various prizes that appear, disappear, and change in value. Depending on the bet, there will be 3 prizes (€0.20), 6 prizes (€1), or 9 prizes (€5, €10, €15). The player can stop the displayed prizes by pressing the PLAY button. The final prize will be the sum of all the prizes shown at the time the game is stopped. After a certain time, if the player takes no action, the game will end (in both manual and AUTO modes). The player's winnings will be the sum of the amounts shown on the screen. Occasionally, this mini-game will also award a bonus prize, which will supplement a less advantageous selection. The sum of the prize plus the bonus (the bonus value will be €0.80) will be the maximum prize for each bet. This will be added to the player's winnings.
The prize that can be obtained in this minigame is as follows, depending on the bet:
- €0.20 + 1 bonus (>€4-€100)
- €1 + 5 bonus (>€10-€1000)
- €5 + 25 bonus (>€50-€5000)
- €10 + €50 bonus (>€50-€10,000)
- €15 + €75 bonus (>€150-€15,000)
- €15 + €150 bonus (>€150-€15,000)
Shell Game
To access this mini-game, you must first obtain three Rock symbols on any of the paylines in the top game. The game may randomly grant access to this game, which replaces the prize and gives the player the chance to win another prize of equal or greater value
The minigame will display three rocks, each topped with a sword and a prize. For a few moments, the displayed prizes will change value (among the three initially shown), then disappear. The player can choose a sword by tapping directly on it, using the ADVANCE/HOLD buttons, or by pressing the PLAY button. The chosen sword will reveal a prize, which the player will win; the other two prizes will be discarded.
The prize that can be obtained in this minigame is as follows, depending on the bet:
- €0.20 + 1 bonus (>€4-€100)
- €1 + 5 bonus (>€10-€1000)
- €5 + 25 bonus (>€50-€5000)
- €10 + €50 bonus (>€50-€10,000)
- €15 + €75 bonus (>€150-€15,000)
- €15 + €150 bonus (>€150-€15,000)
Mixed
In certain bets, when the player on a winning line gets three sevens that are not the same color, they will access this feature
This feature will give a random prize that will depend on the bet.
- €20 + 1 Bonus , this mini-game cannot be accessed.
- €1 + 5 Vouchers , this mini cannot be accessed
- €5 + 25 Vouchers , this mini cannot be accessed
- €10 + 50 Bonuses , random prize between €50 and €1500.
- €15 + 75 Bonuses , random prize between €150 and €5000.
- €15 + 150 Bonuses , random prize between €150 and €10,000.
The game will take place in the ALPHA DISPLAY.
In the payout plan, depending on the bet, the player will see what prizes they are eligible for. Example case of bets that cannot access the functionality
Example bet that if you access the functionality
Cumulative
The accumulator consists of 8 pieces in the upper game that will be completed when the next figure is obtained on the reels of the upper game
Below is an example of cumulative:
When the cumulative game figure comes out, we will have an increase of between 1 and 3.
The accumulator bet is independent of the bet. Each bet has its own accumulator.
When the jackpot is complete, a "WINNING SPIN" label will appear, which will spin the reels and award
A prize with or without a mini-game. The prize will correspond to the bet that wins the jackpot.
Top Vertical Lines
In top game we have a vertical line counter
This counter is shared with the lower game.
In the top game, each time the vertical lines symbol appears, the counter will increase between 1 and 5 (up to a maximum of 9).
When a game is launched in a higher game (regardless of the bet) this counter will decrease by one unit and the player will be eligible for 8 paylines (5 fixed paylines + 3 vertical lines).
Double or Bonus
Prizes won in the top game will be subject to the Double-Bonus game. This applies regardless of whether the prize is direct (any of the eight paylines) or the result of additional games in the top game
In this game, the prize money is divided into fractions based on the bet amount, and the player can win double that fraction or an equivalent amount of bonuses. At any point during the game, the player can choose to stop and keep the current prize amount.
The fractions that will be used as a reference are:
- €4 → Bet of €20 + 1 Bonus
- €10 → Bet €1 + 5 Bonuses
- €50 → €5 Bet + 25 Bonuses
- €100 → Bet of €10 + 50 Bonuses
- €150 → Bet of €15 + 75 Bonuses
- €150 → Bet of €15 + €150 Bonus
For each fraction of the prize, the player can decide whether to risk the prize by pressing PLAY/ACCUMULATE and get double the fraction being played with or an equivalent amount of Bonuses, or if they prefer not to risk and collect the prize by pressing COLLECT, and accumulating the prize in the balance counter.
If the player does not want to risk any of the fractions of their prize and wants to collect the entire prize, by holding down the COLLECT button they will collect their entire prize instead of doing so in fractions.
If the player wins the maximum prize for the selected bet, the prize will be transferred directly to the balance counter, with no option to risk any portion of it. Similarly, if enough DOBLAs are won to reach the maximum prize for the selected bet, the game will end and the remaining prize will be collected.
There is also a limit on the number of Bonuses a player can accumulate, in this case 5000 Bonuses. If the player exceeds this amount of accumulated Bonuses, the Double Up or Bonuses feature will not be allowed.
Auto-Risk
The player has the option to activate AUTO-RISK using the indicator light at the bottom of the screen. With the button activated (GREEN LIGHT), all prize fractions submitted to the Double-Bonus game will automatically be risked and will never be added directly to the balance counter, unless the player achieves enough consecutive DOUBLES to win the maximum prize of the bet, in which case the game will end and the remaining prize will be collected
INTERFACE AND KEYBOARD
PC Interface
