ABOUT THE GAME

Hi-Lo is a game where the goal is to guess the next card! The game starts after you press BET. Then you can choose from four options to guess the value or color of the next card.

FUNCTIONS

BET AND WIN

Before placing your bet, you can skip the current card and receive a new one as many times as you like. Do you have a lucky card you want to start with, or do you always prefer to begin with a king or an ace? Whatever your preference, Higher or Lower lets you play your way.

After pressing BET, the game will begin with the card shown in the center of the screen. You can continue playing until you collect your winnings or until you lose.

GUESS THE NEXT CARD

You can choose from four available options to guess which card will appear next. As soon as you press one of the four buttons, the next card will appear. If you guess correctly, it counts as a win, and the amount won is added to your total. If you guess incorrectly, the game ends, and you lose all your winnings. Each new card is randomly selected from a fresh deck of 52 cards, meaning the same card can appear more than once in the game, and the odds of getting a particular card are not affected by the current or previous cards.

The four available options are:

1. Greater than or equal to: Predict that the next card will have a value greater than or equal to the current card. The King is the highest value card. If the current card is a King, the button will only show the equals sign.
2. Less than or equal to: Predicts that the next card will have a value less than or equal to the current card. The Ace is the lowest value card. If the current card is an Ace, the button will only display the equal sign.
3. Red: I think the next card will be red.
4. Black: I think the next card will be black.

Under each option there are two numbers: the left number shows the amount (as a multiple of your bet) that your accumulator winnings will increase by if you guess correctly by choosing that option; the right number shows the probability (in percentage) that this guess is correct based on the current card in play.

During the game, you can also skip the current card and receive a new one up to 5 times per round. After skipping 5 cards, you must make a new choice from the four previous options before you can skip again.

CLAIM YOUR PRIZE

Each time you play a card correctly, the prize for that play will be added to your collectible amount. At any point during the game, before playing your next card, you can choose to collect your prize instead of continuing to play. Doing so awards you the total accumulated prize amount and ends the current game.

The prize amount is displayed on the COLLECT button below the current card.

RETURN TO PLAYER

The RTP for this game is 94%. The RTP is calculated deterministically using a theoretical probability model. The RTP was verified by running 10,000,000,000 simulations.

The maximum prize for this game is 5000 multiplied by your bet.

If the prize for correctly guessing the next choice in one of the four options would cause the prize you can receive to exceed the maximum prize, that option will be disabled. If all options are disabled, your maximum prize amount will be awarded automatically and the game will end.

WAYS TO WIN

Place a bet to start the game. Get it right at least once by choosing one of the four options and claim your prizes.

BALANCE

Your current balance is displayed on the BALANCE screen. Balance, bets, and winnings appear in the section selected by the player.

BET

Your current bet level is displayed on the BET screen. You can change your bet by clicking the arrows and choosing your preferred bet level.

The betting levels allowed for this game range from €0.20 to €50.00.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In addition to the functions already described, the bar at the top of the game screen shows the current balance in the selected pool, the amount to be paid if there is a win, and the last/current amount wagered.

GAME INTERRUPTED

In case of disconnection, a previously started round that was interrupted can be resumed immediately by restarting the game. The results of a completed round (where the results display was interrupted) will only be displayed again within the game if they are winning rounds, but all game rounds can be reviewed in the Game History. Any amount wagered on an unfinished game will remain on hold until you complete the game or it is voided as a result of account inactivity or system maintenance. When an unfinished game is voided, your bet will be refunded to your account. Winnings obtained from unfinished game rounds where the player can no longer influence the outcome will be automatically credited to the player's account within 2 days. Game rounds will never be affected by unforeseen external errors due to hardware, bandwidth, network issues, or similar problems. The game rounds will be saved and completed by the player later, or they will be closed and the bet refunded. If an incomplete game round has not been resumed after one day, it will be canceled and the bet refunded.

GAME HISTORY

The result of a completed game can be viewed in the Game History immediately after closing the game window. Results of unfinished games are not shown in the Game History.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Misuse or failure voids all payments and games.

- Any visual representation of a physical device (reel, roulette wheel or similar) does not represent a "real" physical device and the probability of it stopping in a certain position is determined by the game's random number generator, not by the number of positions on each device.
